CAMPA scheme
Compensatory Afforestation scheme is a central scheme launched in 2018 with aims:
- To conserve various aromatic species
- To create awareness
- Promoting research
- Linking livelihoods
Aromatic Garden at Lalkuan In Nainital district Uttarakhand has been selected for Garden .
Features of Aromatic Garden:
- Tulsi Vatika: This aromatic Garden has a Tulsi vatika, which contains more than 20 species of Tulsi including, Ram Tulsi, Shyam Tulsi, Van Tulsi, Kapoor Tulsi as well as African Tulsi, Italian and Thailand Tulsi
- Aromatic leaves: it compromising

- Kapoor
- Various mint species
- Aromatic Flowers:such as
- Chameli
- Mogra
- Rajni Gandhi
- Kenda
- Aromatic trees:
