More than half of them are food products of domestic consumption  GI  is a good start to build a narrative,  the idea that something is special because it comes from this region, with this kind of soil, climate, water, community and farming style.  GI tag is sign denoting a specific geographical origin and posses qualities or a reputation that are due to origin.
