It is a disease that affects brain and throughout brain develops black spots in brain, that leads to shrinkage of mind.

  • In Alzheimer's disease ,tau and another protein called Amyloid- beta built-up into tangle and plaques- known together as aggregates- that causes brain cells to die and lead to brain shrinkage. 
  • Aggregates form in one region then spread throughout the brain, much like how cancer spread. 
  • Alzheimer progression was mainly caused by cluster spreading between different brain regions in a chain reaction. 
  • Tau is one of the two key protein that implicated in the condition. 
Impacts 

  • Alzheimer in turn results in memory loss, personality changes and inability to carryout daily functions.

Topic  :          constitution of India   Part 1V of constitution of India mandates to central government under "Directive Principles of State policy "  Article 44  Mandates that " State shall endeavour to secure for the citizens a uniform civil code throughout the territory of India "  Issues  Interfaith marriage : Allahabad High Court directed the marriage registrar/ officer to register the marriage without awaiting/ insisting approval of district authority. And also directed the central government to consider the constitution of a committee/ commission for implementing mandates of Article 44.
