Political aspects: Inter-state issues

  Inter states border disputes  Mizoram and Assam Mizoram was a district of Assam before it was carved out as a union territory in 1971 after years of insurgency and district border did not  really matter. Mizoram   border dispute with Assam goes back to 1971-72 when Mizoram was first carved out as a union territory ( it became a state in 1987). The two states share a 164.6 km border between the Assam's districts of cachar, Hailakandi, and Karimganj and Mizoram's kolasib, Mamit  and Aizawl district.  The border dispute cropped up after formation of union territory that as a perceptions over where the boundary should be differed. Terrorism is the most serious threats to international peace and security  To support any act of terror is a crime against humanity including cross border terrorism, committed by whomsoever, wherever and for whatever motives. Peace and prosperity cannot coexist with terrorism. India is committed in its resolve to work within the SCO framework for helping create and maintain a peaceful secure and stable region.  Geo- strategic location of India makes it  both a "Eurasian land power" as well as a stakeholder in indo-pacific.

Anti drone system

Roof top solar:  Aim: To generate 4000  MW renewable energy from roof top. For this government provides subsidy.  40% subsidy- for individual household of its benchmark cost up to 3KW.  20% subsidy- for individual household beyond 3KW and up to 10 kw. 20% subsidy- for group such as residential welfare associations/ group housing society of their benchmark cost to install solar panels upto 500 KW.
